Haven't posted anything the last few days so here is a very quick run down of what went down:
Sunday March 28th
3500 yards in the Pool (no issues)
35 minute run (no issues)
Monday March 29th
Work day - Lifting is all I did.
Tuesday March 30th
2500 yards in the Pool (no issues)
35 minute run (no issues, felt great!)
Wednesday March 31st
2000 yards in the Pool (no issues)
1 hour on the bike (no issues)
I will make a point to post more in detail again, I was just pretty busy this week!
