BIKE/RUN
Scheduled to be a 1:15 bike ride, and a 30 minute run, it turned into just tad more and I ended up with a 1:30 ride followed by a 30 minute run after about 5 minutes "transition". Weather was ok at mid to high 40s and sunny. Rode to Elicottville and back basically. Had a lot of fun, but my legs where pretty tired after everything was said and done. Can't wait for more of these types of workouts!
