BIKE
2 Hours, 35 miles. No problems to report. Coach adjusted my zones (see table on the right of the page) so this was fun. I stayed right in the middle of the "Long" zone at an avg. 145bpm. Towards the end my legs where getting tired and I actually had a hard time staying in the zone towards the low end, which was new for me, usually I go way to high.
SWIM
2700 yards, about an hour and 10 minutes. Moderate Zone. Felt slow and sloppy. Probably because I was tired. But I got through it. Nothing else to say...
